We are the group of master students from NOVA IMS, and we work together with pharmaceutical experts to develop appropriate beauty and health products.



I want to try your products before ordering them. How can I do that?

You just need to contact us and we will send you some free samples!

 

I want to buy a product. Which payment methods can I use?

We are currently accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club and Discover as payment methods. However, we're constantly researching about new ways to make your orders the easiest as possible to submit.

 

I've submitted an order. How do I track it?

After every purchase, we send you an email with the invoice from the products you get. On the bottom of the e-mail, you will find a tracking code where you can check your order situation.

 

I've submitted an order. How long it will take for it to arrive?

Our orders usually take from 3 to 5 days to arrive at their destination. If it happens that it takes longer than 5 days, please contact us.

 

The product isn't what I've expected. How do I return it?

In any return case, you are kindly requested to contact us via returns@tendernest.com, in order for us to arrange a pickup of the products you want to return. Please bear in mind that damaged or already violated products will not be accepted back.
